When booking this dome Guests will cycle through a circuit alternating between hot, cold and relaxation in their own private panoramic sauna, outdoor cedar shower & hot tub!

WHAT IS A NORDIC SPA EXPERIENCE?

‍A three-step relaxation ritual ‍

‍

A treatment that involves alternating between hot and cold temperatures, followed by a rest period. This relaxation ritual is based on a 2000-year-old tradition founded in Nordic countries. 

To draw the maximum benefit, we recommend completing the three steps listed below in order, and then repeating the entire cycle three times. 

*Pre heat Sauna before beginning thermal cycles: Allow Sauna to preheat for 15 mins before entering 

Sauna Maximum time is 60 mins, you can typically cycle through a few Hot Sessions during this time frame and can restart the sauna to continue if extra time is needed for your three cycles.

HOT CYCLE: SAUNA, 15-20 MINS 

COLD CYCLE: OUTDOOR CEDAR SHOWER, 1-2 mins. Turn on the cold shower and stand underneath for 1-2 mins allowing the cold to run over your entire body. 

REST/WARM CYCLE: HOT TUB, soak and relax 20-30 mins 

REPEAT.
